  1. "BlackOut" is a screensaver for those who use two screens and
  2. want to save their extensions screen.
  3.   
  4. "Normal" screensavers cover the whole visible area of the 
  5. srceen(s) and do their work in idle-times.  BlackOut is an 
  6. application, which works task-friendly in the background 
  7. while it blanks the second screen (and shows the current time).
  8. Windows on this screen are shown as usual. This application
  9. takes 34 Kb in RAM and 18 Kb on disk.

  11. "BlackOut" is free of charge.

  17. - the startup-animation now can be switched off in order to
  18. accelerate  the startup-process.

  22. - fixed a handle which was dereferenced twice,

  24. - added a 'mstr'-resource to enable the Finder to quit the 
  25. program with non-German system software; 
  26.  
  27. - the preferences file will now be named as "BlackOut Prefs";
  28. (instead of "BlackBox Prefs" - for those, who wondered. This
  29. name came from an earlier stage of development and remained 
  30. incorrect).
